Antonio Nieves Hernandez

Antonio joined Acquinex in January 2023 as a tax underwriter, where he focuses on providing W&I and tailored tax insurance solutions. Before joining Acquinex, he worked at Garrigues and PwC’s Tax M&A practices for more than 5 years where he provided tax advice to private equity funds, industrial and private entities on cross-border and domestic M&A transactions . Antonio holds a LLM in Tax from the Instituto de Empresa Business School.
