What it is

Acquinex title insurance provides cover for unknown risks relating to the ownership of shares and/or real estate, via an independent, no fault insurance contract.

The policy indemnifies for losses arising from defined insured events, without needing to prove a breach of warranty under the acquisition agreement. For real estate, this can include issues such as boundary disputes, planning breaches, lack of access or service rights, and defects not visible from public records.

Acquinex can also offer a combined W&I and title policy, bringing together market leading W&I cover with dedicated title protection under one integrated solution.

Broader protection than fundamental warranties.

No fault structure – no need for a breach of warranty

Higher limits and longer protection.

Ability to include known issues, often at no extra cost

Combined W&I and title - one solution
